![]() Bio After studying photography at Cégep du Vieux-Montréal, Robert Chiasson began a career as a freelance photographer at the service of advertizing agencies in Montreal, Quebec City and Sherbrooke. He was also a regular contributor for L’Actualité magazine and worked with several authors of books on well-known Quebec painters. He is the celebrated creator of the image on the health insurance card that all Quebeckers carry in their wallet and which is referred to as the "carte soleil". During the 80’s, he took a leave of absence to run a series of B&B’s with his wife and subsequently returned to his first love.
